The
2016 Tax Penalty for not having 2016 Affordable Care Act Coverage is
$695.00 per adult and $347.50 per child (up to $2085.00 for a family) or
2.5% of your family income. Whichever is greater.

Care Act (Also known as Obamacare and ACA Coverage) requires most U.S.
Residents to have Health Insurance or pay a fine (Tax Penalty).
